The Pulsed Dye Laser is the best treatment available for certain cosmetically significant birth marks such as "port-wine stains". The tunable ScleroPlus pulsed dye Laser at Laser Medical Skin Center is also an excellent method for treating unsightly veins in adults. Facial "spider veins", rosacea, poikiloderma, and smaller leg veins can respond well. The treatment is rapid and well tolerated. One to three treatments may typically be required. For leg veins laser therapy is often combined with sclerotherapy for the best possible results.
