Johane Van Camp PAC

Johane Van Camp was born in Montreal, Canada but spent her adult life in California before coming to Oregon. She received her RN nursing degree at Grossmont College in San Diego. She worked as a cardiac and post surgical nurse for 10 years. Then she studied at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine to become a Certified Physician Assistant (PAC) in 1995. A Physician Assistant is a health care provider who is trained and licensed to practice medicine under the supervision of a physician. Mrs. Van Camp's supervising physician is her husband, Dr. Paul Van Camp.

Johane Van Camp practiced Family Medicine until 1997. Then she undertook advanced training in laser cosmetic surgery through courses offered by the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and through preceptorships. She is skilled in patient assessment and in aesthetic counseling, She provides dermatologic care and certain laser treatments to her patients.

Johane is an accomplished alpine skier. She is active in Nordic skiing, running, and cycling. She is also an excellent seamstress. She is interested in providing laser cosmetic services to enhance the healthy active lifestyle of her patients.
